This site is dedicated as a hub or archives resource for the anime fans at the IGN Boards. Every year we hold an awards event where we nominate and vote for our favorite anime in various categories. We're not consistent as we like to try new ways of voting every year, sometimes even different people are handling the awards. For the past 2 years, however, we've been using scripted polls to make the voting process easier. All the coding is done by our resident PHP wizard EyeballToothball. He's pretty much the reason this site could even go live! Make sure to WUL him if you haven't done so already! He's the unsung hero of all this.
This site is kept by yours truly, DanielJr. Though I'm not a programmer yet, I'm the one responsible for what you see aesthetically. It's not the most professional website, but I like to think that it works. The user Firefly_Fan is also an administrator as of the end of 2007, since he's the one handling the awards for 2008.
